30min of deep tissue work on ONE area, such as neck/shoulders. low back/hips, one limb etc etc

Deep Tissue 30min

This session provides more intense work then swedish. focuses on areas of pain / tension, working out "knots", assisted stretching. includes cupping, hot stones, hot towels, MyoBuddy massager.
pressure for this work can be as light as swedish or a deeper, "meaner" massage as perfered.

Deep Tissue 60min

This is the perfect time to get a full body in, with a little extra time in any areas requested. for example extra neck work, low back, calves, ect.

Deep Tissue 90min

My personal favorite,  a 2 hour massage allows me to slowly work deep to each muscle group, and branching out to balance the rest of the body. client conrols pressure, hot towels, stones, cupping, stretching included as desired.

Deep Tissue 120min

My personal favorite, a 2 hour relaxation massage is amazing for deep relaxation, knowing for two whole hours you have nothing but to enjoy the massage. before each session ill ask if there is any specific areas of pain or tenison you would like addressed, or we can just explore and see how the body feels that day. includes hot towels, stones, cupping

Swedish / Relaxation 120min

Just enough time to not rush a head-to-toe massage, but can also be focused to 2-3 specific areas as needed per session. includes hot towels, stones, cupping

Swedish / Relaxation 90min

a lighter pressure, focusing more on flow and connecting strokes, great for anxiety depression, promoting restful sleep and improved blood and lymph flow. can be a quicker full body, or time for 1-2 specific areas as requested per session

Swedish / Relaxation 60min

enough time for one area, is a lighter and more flowy, relaxing work. includes hot towels, stones, cupping
